Return & Refund Policy – SkandiNest

This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made at SkandiNest.


1. Return Eligibility (14 Days)

You may return any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order.

An item is considered unused only if:

  • It has not been opened, assembled, washed, cleaned, or used
  • It includes all accessories and components
  • It is in original condition and suitable for resale
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Products showing signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to check the product will not be refunded.


2. Hygiene & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have:

  • come into contact with food, or
  • had their protective packaging opened or damaged

cannot be returned, unless they arrived defective.


3. Return Process

To return a product, please click here to submit a return request.
After we have reviewed your request, you will receive instructions on how the return should be handled.

Returns sent back without an approved return request may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • SkandiNest pays return shipping only when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • In all other cases, the customer pays the return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable service.

SkandiNest is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments when the return is arranged by the customer.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

This evidence is required to process a refund.


6. Inspection of Returned Items

All returns are inspected upon arrival.
A refund will be issued only if the product meets all return conditions.

If an item is used, incomplete, or damaged by the customer, it will not qualify for a refund.


7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Refund processing may take a number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


8. No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item or size, please return the unused product and place a new order.
