These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of the website operated by SkandiNest, a registered company in Sweden (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell physical wooden home and kitchen products. All product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided to help customers make informed decisions, but minor variations may occur due to natural materials.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices shown on our website include Swedish VAT.
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including card payments, Klarna, Swish, and other supported options.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, stock errors, or technical issues. If an order is cancelled, any payment will be refunded immediately.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Sweden only.

  • Shipping options: Standard and Express
  • Delivery time: Typically 3–5 working days
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays or public holidays.

6. Returns & Refunds

14-Day Return Right (EU Law)

You may return any unused item within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in original packaging

If we determine the product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, we will not issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • SkandiNest pays return shipping only if the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size/product was delivered.
  • In all other cases, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

7. Warranty

We follow the mandatory EU consumer guarantee, which provides a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • natural variations in wood texture

8. Customer Accounts

Customers may create accounts on our website. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities under your account. We may suspend accounts in case of misuse or suspicious activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, technical outages, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather events, strikes, system failures).
  • We are responsible only for delivering the product and fulfilling rights required under Swedish and EU consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including product photos, descriptions, designs, branding, and other materials — is the property of SkandiNest and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR and Swedish law. By using our website, you consent to that processing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with the district court of your residence or Stockholm District Court as applicable under consumer protection rules.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
